Dear Herb,

In 1966, my Dad bought a Von Schrader Rug Deterger, as it was then known. It is the direct forbearer of today's Von Schrader LMX system.

He had bought it to add a carpet cleaning service to his furniture store.

In later years, after the store was closed down, he kept it and we still helped family and friends clean their carpets.

Mom retained the machine after Dad passed away in March 1987, and in the early 1990s she agreed to let me take possession of the unit.

Throughout all the years, our Von Schrader Rug Deterger did outstanding work in keeping our carpets clean.

On behalf of my Dad, my mother, and myself, we have all enjoyed good relations with Von Schrader when we needed to order service or parts.

That our unit has lasted from 1966 to 2007 is a strong testament to the quality of construction and design of VonSchrader equipment, and of cordial and professional assistance we have received.

Your machines are the best quality carpet cleaning equipment in the business, and your service is second to none!

One idea I liked was about mail to day care centers. Keep up the good work. The LMX Carpet Cleaning machine has received positive feedback with many residential customers I had. The Esprit Upholstery Cleaning machine I have received close to 100% customer satisfaction from all my customers so far. Overall the experience has been positive for me. News update on two clients, dates Friday, March 25 an Saturday, March 26, 2006.

Friday, we cleaned a dentist office upstairs and downstairs. I had two machines working with three employees, including myself for a total of four. Total hours on the job - five. Income for cleaning and Blockade = $848.00.

Saturday, we had three machines working. New restaurant opening April 12th next week. Employees - five, including myself six. Over 2,100 square feet total hours on this job - three. A dear friend of mine over nine years, his first restaurant. To help him out cost $425.00. If business goes well, we have a contract to clean the carpets every six months. Payroll for two days totals $480.00 leaving me a net income of $793.00. Total hours worked for two days, eight.

Total Income for two days work = $1,273.00

" In 2000, we attended a Von Schrader School. Jeanne, Mark, Jorge, Herb and the rest of the staff have always been there for us and helped us in so many ways with so many different types of cleaning business issues. Purchasing the LMX and Esprit was a turning point in our journey of life. Customers are now our welcomed friends and our repeat customers made us realize, "Hey, they must have liked us." without them saying a word. It is so true; actions do speak louder than words.

Well, we had an incident that spoke to us in Jan. and it left us a little concerned.

We received a call from a very well known chain restaurant, which currently has 3 stores in the area. They always used our carpet services. They always replied to us and that no one ever did a finer job.

They got a new manager who called that afternoon in January to let us know that they would be going with a different carpet cleaning company who would be considerably cheaper.

A little shaken but, we pressed on in our business. Faith is as Faith does. This year we have chosen to do very little advertising, but the repeat customers and referrals have surpassed any numbers we had received in prior years of attaining customers.

Still, you can't help but think about the January contract, which said Bye-Bye. In May, yet another avenue in our journey of life had unfolded and what joy it has brought! Yes, David and Jacqueline Fields are now Grandma and Grandpa Fields! Ethan James Fields came on the scene and we forgot all about our Bye-Bye call. Business is booming and being grandparents is great!

Can you believe in the midst of this joyous road, we came home this week to receive another phone message to our surprise. It went something like this...

"Uhhhh, hello, uhhhhhhhhh, we know that we let you go recently as our carpet cleaner but uhhhhhhh, we would like very, very, very much for you to come back. We would really, really, really appreciate it if you could call us back." Of course, we did and guess what - their reply was. "No one can do a finer job." I decided it was time to sit down and write you a short note, to let you know how our business is going.

As you know, we went to your Von Schrader School in the Spring of this year. First of all, we certainly enjoyed the classes, and were treated so kindly. The information we received in the classes were invaluable, as we had thought for sometime about coming, and just knew this is what we wanted to do. Both Gary and I are retired and were getting restless, because we are not the "just sit-around" type people!

After beginning our Signature Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning Business, we found that people really appreciated the way the LMX machine cleaned and how quick the drying time is!

Our tax man, actually called us to see if we had our machines yet! (We had told him we were starting our Carpet Cleaning Business.) Our tax man, it turns out, has some rental houses, and owns a pizza place, both in opposite directions out of town Suburbs of Tulsa. Well, the pizza place is an on-going account, and since then Gary has gotten accounts both residential and commercial, and everyone is well pleased with the service and the products.

Jeanne, we want to thank you personally for all of your help as we had many questions for you and also for Mark, Herb and all the others. "I'm writing to you regarding the Von Schrader Carpet and Upholstery cleaning system. My husband Dana and I own a flooring retail store. After about 4 years into our business my husband's father John had owned a Von Schrader system and we thought as long as we're selling the carpet we might as well follow up with the warranties and add cleaning to our business. It helps supplement the off seasons for our retail business. The competition is always growing but since we have a very busy household with three children and two indoor Pomeranians, not to mention company, we naturally use the system in our home a lot. What I love about the Von Schrader system is its low moisture and the fresh clean scent the cleaning products offer. It really helps selling a system you truly believe in and I do! Also, our system is an antique so it's also nice we can still get parts for it, like when the motor went in the floor cleaning system.

My husband and I are getting domesticated because on New Year's Eve we cleaned our upholstery and on New Year's Day our carpets. Within about 2 hours everything is dry. As a matter of fact, you can walk on the carpets immediately afterwards and your bare feet are only slightly damp. I'll never understand why anyone goes for the steam cleaning method when all it does is spit water on your carpet and sucks up dirty water. The Von Schrader system actually scrubs your fibers, releasing deep down dirt and grime. I know my kids are active!

I highly recommend this system for anyone who needs a cleaning or who wants to get into cleaning. Try it, you'll love it. We do and so do our customers because they always come back."
