Rugged, durable construction.
The Mach-12 is "quality built to last!" The hood lifts up for easy
access to the entire system. There's no pump to worry about, and no
chance of recovered solution ever entering or damaging the vacuum motors.

More coverage, less refilling downtime.
Because a low moisture-cleaning agent is used, the Mach-12's two
six-gallon solution tanks are smaller and lighter weight. This still
gives you more square feet of coverage per gallon than with the "wetter" systems.
Aggressive, deep cleaning, full bristle brush.
150,000 flexible nylon bristles rotate at high speed, penetrating
all the way down to the base of the carpet. This loosens and suspends
soil for immediate extraction - all in one fast forward pass.

"User friendly" lighted operating controls.
Located within easy reach. The red rocker switch controls both vac/extract
motors and the brush drive. The two white switches control the low moisture
cleaning agent output. That's all there is to it!

Clear-view recovery tanks
These have molded-in hand grips for easy, convenient handling. Because
limited moisture is used, there is less "downtime" emptying
the two four gallon tanks, as is required for wetter systems.
Specially formulated high pH detergent has the strength to remove
deep-down oily soil in synthetic fibers, but is gentle enough to clean
without damage. One gallon cleans up to 3,200 square feet (295 square meters.)

| Operating
Principle |
One pass.
Air and detergent are mixed under pressure to generate a dense, low
moisture cleaning agent discharged ahead of the machine and cylindrical
nylon brush. The brush applies aerated detergent to loosen dirt from
base to tip of each carpet fiber. Dirt held in suspension is removed
by vacuum located immediately behind the brush. Vacuum lifts dirt,
depositing it in the recovery tank where the cleaning agent is reduced
to liquid for easy disposal. |
